Our guest is Chris DeHollander. She is a midlife certified functional health coach and group fitness instructor with over 20 years of experience helping women feel their best. As a former engineer, Chris uses her insights in a down-to-earth, easy-to-understand way that helps them make real progress. She believes in a sustainable, gentle approach, focusing on consistency rather than quick fixes, so women can achieve lasting results without the stress.
